Most orders ship within 1-3 days. Once shipped, delivery takes 7–9 business days via USPS. You’ll get a tracking number instantly via email.

Yes. Every Lightessx product includes a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects. If your light fails due to a factory issue, we will repair or replace it for free.
