Our warranty protects you against defects in material and workmanship under normal use.

✅ Included Coverage:

Manufacturing Defects: Faulty switches, circuit board failures, or LED malfunctions not caused by external damage.
Material Issues: Cracks in housing or lens separation due to production errors.
Performance Failure: Inability to hold a charge (for rechargeable models) or power on within the first year.

❌ What Is Not Covered:

Accidental Damage: Drops, impacts, crushing, or water damage exceeding the product’s IP rating.
Misuse: Using incorrect batteries, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to extreme heat/cold beyond specified limits.
Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, faded coatings, or reduced battery capacity after extended long-term use (beyond 1 year).
Lost or Stolen Items: We cannot replace products that are lost or stolen.

📅 Warranty Period

Duration: 1 Year from the original date of purchase.
Eligibility: Valid for the original purchaser only with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
