  • Material Issues: Cracks in housing or lens separation due to production errors.
  • Performance Failure: Inability to hold a charge (for rechargeable models) or power on within the first year.
❌ What Is Not Covered:
  • Accidental Damage: Drops, impacts, crushing, or water damage exceeding the product’s IP rating.
  • Misuse: Using incorrect batteries, unauthorized modifications, or exposure to extreme heat/cold beyond specified limits.
  • Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, faded coatings, or reduced battery capacity after extended long-term use (beyond 1 year).
  • Lost or Stolen Items: We cannot replace products that are lost or stolen.

📅 Warranty Period

  • Duration: 1 Year from the original date of purchase.
  • Eligibility: Valid for the original purchaser only with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
