Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel Within 12 Hours: You may cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team.

  • After Shipping: Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or changed.

  • How to Cancel: Please email lightessxshop@gmail.com with your order number and request for cancellation.


Return Policy

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all accessories or manuals included.

    • Returns must be approved by our support team before sending the item back. Please contact us first to receive the correct return address — returns sent to the wrong address may be delayed or lost.

  • Return Reasons & Responsibility:

    • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item Received: We’ll cover all return shipping costs or offer a replacement at no extra charge.

    • Change of Mind / Customer-Initiated Returns: If the item has no quality issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


Exchange Policy

  • Product Replacement: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we can provide a free replacement or exchange for the same product once verified by our team.

  • Different Item Exchange: If you wish to exchange for another item (not due to defect), please contact our team — additional price differences and shipping fees may apply.


Refund Policy

  • Refund Processing Time: Once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may apply for items not returned in their original condition or missing parts.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable for customer-initiated returns.


Important Notes

  • Do not return items directly to the sender’s address printed on the package. Always contact our team to get the proper warehouse return address.

  • Lightessx reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy conditions.
