Note: Our products contain rechargeable batteries, so we follow strict safety guidelines for all shipments.

  • Standard: 1–3 business days.
  • Peak Seasons: May take 3–5 days during holidays or sales.
  • You get a tracking email as soon as it ships.

📦 Where We Ship

We currently ship only to the following areas:
✅ United States: The contiguous 48 states.
❌ We DO NOT ship to:
  • Alaska (AK) & Hawaii (HI)
  • Puerto Rico (PR) & US Territories
  • Military Bases (APO/FPO/DPO)
✅ Canada: All provinces and territories.
We do not ship to Europe or other international regions due to battery transport regulations.

🔋 Battery Safety Notice

Our lights contain lithium-ion batteries. To comply with U.S. DOT and Transport Canada rules:
  • Packages are labeled for safe transport.
  • Rare carrier inspections may cause slight delays.
  • Some PO Boxes may be unavailable if a signature is required.

💰 Taxes & Duties

  • Sales Tax: Calculated at checkout based on your local state/province laws.
  • Import Duties (Canada): Shipping is free, but Canadian orders may be subject to duties/taxes by the CBSA. These are the recipient's responsibility.
  • Policy Updates: Tax laws change frequently. Lightessx updates this policy to stay compliant with local regulations. If changes affect your order, we will note them here. We appreciate your understanding.
